In-House Steel Tube Production
Forty years of metallurgical expertise from Appleton Group's steel manufacturing arm, applied to chassis-grade tube production. Cold-drawn, hot-rolled, and ERW tubes — all engineered to automotive tolerances and produced on-site. Tubes are supplied by GBTL, the largest pipe manufacturer in the country.

Robotic Welding & Chassis Engineering
Multi-axis robotic welding cells building chassis frames to a documented ±0.5mm tolerance. Each frame engineered in CATIA V5 and validated through FEA before a single weld is placed.

German-Spec Paint & Coating
Multi-stage cataphoretic (e-coat) paint line with German process technology. Pre-treatment, electrocoat, primer, basecoat, and clearcoat — the same process specification used by European OEMs.

Assembly & Powertrain Integration
